Federal Research Centre Southern Scientific Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences with the support of the Interregional Scientific the world-class educational center of the South of Russia and the Nasha Laba project are being held all-Russian scientific and practical conference with international participation "Scientific instrument engineering - prospects for development, creation, development and usage.
Purpose of the conference:
The purpose of the conference: to discuss and publish achievements in the field of scientific instrument making, to establish and strengthen professional ties between scientists, specialists of enterprises and organizations, as well as young researchers, to increase the efficiency of using scientific and technical potential in solving priority scientific and practical problems of instrument making development.
Within the framework of the conference, an exhibition of devices and equipment will be held, as well as the preliminary results of the implementation of the Program for updating the instrument base 2020-2024 carried out within the framework of the National Project "Science and Universities" will be discussed.
According to the results of the conference, the best reports will be selected for publication in the scientific journals "Physical Fundamentals of Instrument Engineering" (VAK, RSCI) and "Science of the South-Russia" (VAK, RSCI).
By the beginning of the scientific event, a collection of conference proceedings will be published, followed by placement in the RSCI.

Materials language - Russian or English.
The volume is not more than 2 pages of A4 format.
Page and text options - Times New Roman font; interval 1.15 pt; font size 11; margins: upper and lower - 2.0 cm, left - 3.0 cm, right - 1.5 cm.
Drawings are color with a resolution of 300 dpi, with the extension tif or jpeg. All drawings are placed in the text of the article (they must be numbered and signed), and also sent additionally as separate files.
The name of the picture file.

Graphs, diagrams and diagrams should be drawn in the form of a picture.
Placeholders should be placed directly below the image (without a dot at the end of the signature).

Formulas are typed by combining the main font and the Symbol font (exception for fractions, sums, square root) in Microsoft Equation 3.0 (Formula Editor in Microsoft Word) or Math Type 6. Latin signs in formulas and designations (both in text and in drawings) are typed in italics. Greek signs in formulas are indicated by a direct style.
Formula numbering should be done after the formula in parentheses.

Only the formulas and equations referred to in the following statement should be numbered.
Tables should be placed in the text of the article, they should have a numbered title and clearly marked columns, convenient and understandable for reading. These tables should correspond to the numbers in the text, but should not duplicate the information provided in it.
Place table labels above them (without a period at the end of the label).

References to tables in the text are required.

The bibliographic list is placed after the main text of the article and is issued in compliance with GOST R 7.0.5-2008. A bibliographic description of borrowed sources, as well as cited literature, is given by a general list at the end of the article alphabetically (first in Cyrillic, then in Latin).
In-text references to articles should be presented in square brackets.
For example: [1], when enumerating [3, 4] or [5-7].
The reference list shall contain works mentioned in the text according to the serial number of the source specified in the text. References in the text of the article are submitted to all sources specified in the List of References, to research sources (scientific articles, monographs, etc.), including foreign ones.
