Attention! If after 3 days after registration, you have not received a confirmation letter to the email address specified by you in the application, only then contact the organizers of the conference yourself. But first, please make sure that the confirmation message does not get into the Spam folder.
In the name of the attached file with theses, it is necessary to indicate the direction number, surname and initials of the author, for example: "5.3. Sidorov S.S. doc "(FILE DO NOT ARCHIVE!)
ONE oral or poster report is received from each author, which will be presented in the form of a publication in the collection of abstracts of conference reports (RSCI).
Design of materials:
In the title of the thesis, it is necessary to indicate the name, full name of the author in Russian and English, place of study or work, e-mail.
Further - the text of the thesis (no more than 1 page), containing briefly relevance, goals and objectives of the study, presentation of the material and conclusions. Font Times New Roman 12 at 1 interval in MS Word format (without styles and macros), without graphs, figures and tables, without reference list, with formulas inserted "as an object," all fields are 2.5 cm.
The text should not coincide with previously published works in any sources, including on the Internet. The publication design template can be downloaded here (Example.rtf).
SCIENTIFIC EVENT PARTICIPATION FORMS:
1. Oral presentation - 7 minutes per presentation and 3 minutes to answer questions.
2. Poster - 5 minutes. on the report and questions at the stand.
3. Absentee participation with publication of abstracts.
TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE SCIENTIFIC EVENT:
1. The conference can be attended by students, graduate students and young scientists under the age of 35 years inclusive.
2. Registration period for participation in the conference and simultaneous submission of abstracts of the report - February 21, 2025 23:59
3. No more than 30 participants will be selected for each section.
4. Publications will be included in the collection of abstracts of conference reports (RSCI).
5. The originality of the text must be at least 60% in the "Antiplagiat.VUZ" system.
6. The final version of the scientific event program will be formed after the acceptance of registration forms and speaker materials.
7. All participants will receive a conference program and a certificate.
8. Working languages - Russian, English.
9. The reports that won the sections will be presented at the final plenary meeting under the leadership of leading scientists of the South of Russia - academicians of the Russian Academy of Sciences, corresponding members of the Russian Academy of Sciences and doctors of sciences.
10. At the final plenary session, a competition will be held among the best works of the conference participants.
11. The costs associated with the attendance of the conference participants shall be borne by the sending party.
12. Within the framework of the conference, the "Young Researchers" section will be held on the basis of the Specialized Educational and Scientific Center of the Southern Federal District of the Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution of Higher Education "Southern Federal University" (Rostov-on-Don). Students of grades 9-11 can take part in the work of the section in the following areas: "Biological Sciences"; "Chemistry and Chemical Technology"; "Social Sciences"; "Historical and philological sciences"; "Physical and Mathematical Sciences"; "Earth Sciences." No more than 15 best reports of participants will be selected for each direction, which will be included in the collection of abstracts of conference reports (RSCI) based on scientific expertise. All section participants will receive welcome kits: notepad, pen, sticker pack, and winners - prizes.
The organizing committee reserves the right to reject theses that do not comply with the rules, topics and standards of the conference, or to stop accepting applications in the section, if the established number of participants is reached.
